Companies working the glass generally have to cope with large quantities of scraps which are for the most part very abrasive and of different sizes. Our vacuum cleaners thanks to the high power and robustness can be used in the various stages of the production process, such as for sucking the glass waste from the production lines, glass dust and silica, and/or to clean the ovens and the conveyor belts.

Sometimes the substances to collect are toxic, therefore it becomes necessary to use specific options such as absolute filters in class H14 or special kits that prevent the operator from coming into contact with the sucked product (discharge kit with Longopac).

In the case where the quantities to be sucked are important and need to be conveyed to only one point, RGS can design and manufacture tailor-made pneumatic conveying systems and centralized systems.
